Hear the silence and mix adventure with relaxation!

Breath the gorgeous desert air. Get rid of all the hassle of your everyday life; the stress has been left behind and here you start to feel like a human being again. Watch the sunset in the desert; ride on camels, the most preferred vehicle in the Sahara and return to The Forest, where you chill out in the warm springs after having taken dinner round the barbeque. Mountains with black icing sugar sprinkled over their mighty peaks, black flowers made from nature with stone, will catch your eyes. The blue sky above you and the sea of sand around you.

The Western Desert

The Western Desert is land of history and beauty. This desert abounds in legends. There were no people in Egypt who did not come to the great oases in the Western Desert and leave a piece of their history.

The temple of the Oracle, built by Alexander the Great in Siwa, towers above the forest of palm trees. Just a few miles away the marble mountains glow golden pink as the sun sets.

Roman times brought prosperity to the oases and the Temple of Hibis in Kharga illustrates the working of Roman law. The Christian civilization is presented too.

Mountain churches and hermitages were built and the Bagawat cemetery is filled with examples of early Christian wall painting.

The hot springs of Bahareya and the water melon fields, with the Black Mountain on the horizon, are places of rest before venturing into the White Desert. The eroded White sandstone shapes must be seen to be believed.

The above mentions only a few of the wonders of the Western Desert. Pharaohs, Kings, Warriors and Explorers have all visited this remarkable land of silent desert, fertile oases and secret treasures.

Sinai

Canyons, and gorges, springs and waterfalls, mountains and sand dunes. This majestic scenery of Sinai should not be missed.

This natural beauty and abundant wild life is combined with an ancient and varied history making it a unique part of the world.

The ancient Egyptians temple rises above the sandstone plateau where the Pharaoh's turquoise still lies in the seams of the rock. The traditional Biblical routes follow the mountain passages and oases to Mount Sinai itself.

In the shadow of the 7,000 feet mountain peak rests the 1400 year old Monastery of St. Catherine , housing one of the world's most beautiful collections of art. Our safaris carefully bring together the history of Sinai and the adventure of the wilderness.
